Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2-3 tbsp tbsp fig balsamic sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: rosemary or thyme
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Lower heat and add fig balsamic sauce.
- Let it simmer and glaze for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove and let rest before slicing.
