Low-Calorie Fig Balsamic Chicken Recipe (Easy & Healthy)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2-3 tbsp tbsp fig balsamic sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Lower heat and add fig balsamic sauce.
  5. Let it simmer and glaze for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove and let rest before slicing.
